This policy explains what information Indian Masala (“we”, “us”, “the site”) processes when you visit fanora-v3.pages.dev and related worker/API endpoints we operate. We keep collection minimal and do not sell personal profiles.

1. Who we are

Indian Masala is an adult video entertainment website. For privacy questions, see our Contact page (no public email is published on this site).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Messages you send us (email content, abuse reports, takedown notices).
  • Admin credentials — only for authorized operators of the private admin area (not ordinary viewers).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical logs — IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user-agent, approximate country/network. These are typical for CDN, hosting, and security (for example Cloudflare).
  • Usage events on our systems — e.g. that a video page was opened or a view counter was incremented. We use this to show view counts and improve ranking (“popular”).
  • Device/browser preferences you set in the UI (theme, compact layout, autoplay), stored in your browser (see Cookies). The age gate is not remembered.

2.3 What we do not intentionally collect

  • We do not require viewers to create a public account or profile.
  • We do not ask for government ID through the public site.
  • We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location from the browser.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, secure, and debug the website and video delivery
  • Count views, generate “trending/popular” lists, and improve recommendations on-site
  • Prevent abuse (spam, brute-force login attempts, fraud, attacks)
  • Respond to requests, legal demands, and copyright notices
  • Understand aggregate traffic (how many people visit, which pages) via hosting analytics
  • Show advertising or affiliate offers when enabled (see below)

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser storage mainly for functionality, not for building a marketing profile of you.

Examples of local data on your device:

  • Theme (dark/light), compact grid, autoplay, sidebar preferences
  • Not stored: age-gate confirmation — you must confirm age on every visit

Our hosting/CDN provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, load balancing, or bot management. You can clear cookies and site data anytime in your browser settings. Clearing data resets appearance preferences; the age gate still appears on every load either way.

5. Advertising & affiliates

Today the site may run with few or no third-party ad tags. When we enable ads or affiliate links:

  • Ad networks may collect device/browser data, IP, and cookie IDs to bill ads and fight fraud
  • Affiliate partners may be told that a click or signup came from our site (referral tracking)
  • Those companies act as independent controllers or joint controllers of their own data — their policies also apply

We will prefer partners that allow adult inventory and provide publisher documentation. If you use ad blockers, some features may still work; ad measurement may not.

6. Sharing & processors

We share data only when needed to run the service or when required by law:

  • Infrastructure processors — hosting, CDN, object storage, serverless compute, DNS (e.g. Cloudflare and related services)
  • Security & abuse prevention — rate limiting, firewall, and similar controls
  • Ad / affiliate partners — only if/when those features are turned on
  • Legal — if we receive a valid legal request, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service

We do not sell your name/email lists. Ordinary viewers typically never give us a name or email.

7. Retention

  • Server/CDN logs — kept for a limited operational period (often days to a few months) unless needed longer for security or legal reasons
  • View counters — stored as aggregate numbers on video records
  • Emails you send — kept as long as needed to handle the request and our legitimate records
  • Browser local data — appearance preferences until you clear them (age gate is never stored)

8. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to some processing.

  • Clear site data / cookies in your browser to remove local appearance preferences
  • Stop using the site to end further collection from your browser sessions
  • For deletion of personal data you previously sent us, use a lawful channel available to the operator (we do not publish a public inbox)

We may need to verify that a request is reasonable and not abusive. We may refuse requests that are impossible, repetitive, or would break security logs we must keep.

9. Children & age gate

This service is not directed at children. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority) and legally allowed to view adult material where you are. We use an age confirmation step on every visit (not remembered in the browser); it is not a government ID check. Parents/guardians should use device-level controls to restrict access.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on administration tools, hashed admin passwords, and rate limiting on login. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Do not send passwords or sensitive IDs unless we specifically request a secure channel.

11. International processing

Our infrastructure providers may process data in multiple countries. If you access the site from Sri Lanka or elsewhere, your information may be handled on servers outside your country with safeguards those providers offer.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the product, laws, or partners change. The “last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may be highlighted on this page.
