Public contact policy
For privacy and abuse reduction, Fanora does not display a mailto link or inbox on the public site. Site operators monitor internal channels only.
If you are a copyright owner with a valid claim, include all items listed under “Copyright / takedown” below in any notice you send through a lawful channel available to you (for example a hosting/abuse desk, or a channel the operator has shared privately).
What we handle
Copyright / takedown
Your name, proof of rights, exact video URL(s), and the statements listed in our Terms §6.
Privacy request
What you want (access/delete) and enough detail to identify any data you previously sent us.
Security
Describe the issue responsibly. Do not include exploit code that harms systems. Allow reasonable time to fix.
General
Feature ideas and playback bugs (device + browser). We may not reply to every general message.
Copyright notice checklist
Before sending any takedown-related notice, prepare:
- Your full name / organization and a reachable reply method you control
- Exact URL(s) of the material on this site
- Description of the work and a good-faith ownership statement
- Statement that use is not authorized, plus your signature (typed name is OK)

What not to send
- Content involving anyone 17 or under
- Malware, credential dumps, or illegal material
- Other people’s private data unrelated to a valid claim
- Password guesses or account-takeover attempts
