Terms of Use

By accessing or using Indian Masala (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & age

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if higher.
  • You must be legally allowed to access adult content where you are located.
  • By entering the site you confirm the age gate statements are true.
  • We may block or restrict access at our discretion (including for security or legal reasons).

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content on the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms. You may not scrape, bulk-download, re-upload, resell, or redistribute our media, trademarks, or site code except as allowed by law.

3. Accounts & admin

Public viewing does not require an account. Any administration interfaces are for authorized operators only. If you have admin access, you must keep credentials secret, use strong passwords, and not share access. We may rate-limit or lock logins to stop abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service if you are underage or in a place where adult content is illegal
  • Attempt to break, probe, or overload the site, APIs, or storage (hacking, DDoS, credential stuffing)
  • Circumvent security, age gates, rate limits, or access controls
  • Upload or request illegal content (including anything involving minors, non-consensual material, or other prohibited categories)
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
  • Use automated bots that harm the service, fake views, or commit ad fraud
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse people via our contact channels
  • Misrepresent your identity in a legal notice or business claim

5. Content on the Service

  • Videos, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails may change, be removed, or be recategorized at any time.
  • Descriptions and categories are provided for navigation; they may be incomplete.
  • Related videos and “popular” sorting are automated and may be imperfect.
  • Third-party names or marks, if any, belong to their owners.

We respect intellectual property. If you own copyright in a work that appears on the Service without authorization, prepare a notice with the items below and use a lawful channel to reach the operator (see Contact — we do not publish a public email on this site):

  • Your name, organization (if any), and a reachable reply method you control
  • Exact URL(s) of the material on our site
  • Description of the work and proof or statement of ownership
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate, and your signature (typed name is OK)

We may remove or disable access to disputed material and, where appropriate, notify the uploader/operator. Repeat or clear abuse may lead to broader blocks. Counter-notices may be considered where applicable law allows.

Important: Only the rights holder or their agent should file a takedown. False claims may create legal liability for the sender.

7. Ads, links, affiliates

The Service may show advertisements or links to third-party sites (including adult offers). We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, payments, privacy practices, or availability. Clicking external offers is at your own risk. Some links may be monetized (affiliate).

8. Availability & changes

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change features, limits, categories, or shut down parts of the Service without notice. Maintenance, outages, or CDN/storage issues can interrupt streaming.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIAN MASALA AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE U.S. DOLLAR (USD $1) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Indian Masala and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts located in Sri Lanka will have jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law. If a section of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
