DMCA & Content Removal Policy
Indian Masala respects intellectual property rights and the personal dignity and privacy of every individual. We remove infringing material, and we remove non-consensual material, quickly and without argument. If content on this site involves you and you did not consent to it being published, tell us and it will be taken down.
1. How this site works
Indian Masala does not host video files. All videos are embedded from third-party platforms that operate their own verification, consent and record-keeping procedures. We display only material that has been uploaded to those platforms by verified uploaders. When we remove an item here, the embed and its listing disappear from this site; removing the underlying file also requires a request to the platform that hosts it.
2. Non-consensual content — immediate removal
We treat reports of non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), so-called "leaked" or "revenge" material, hidden-camera recordings, and any content involving a person who did not agree to its publication as our highest priority.
- You do not need to be a copyright owner to make this request.
- You do not need a lawyer, a form, or any fee.
- You do not need to prove your identity before we act.
- We aim to remove reported content within 24 hours.
A message saying "the video at this link is me and I did not consent" with the page link is enough. We remove first and ask questions later, if at all.
3. Content involving minors
Any content involving a person under 18 is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon discovery or report, and reported to the relevant hosting platform and authorities. There are no exceptions and no delays.
4. Copyright (DMCA) notices
If you own the copyright to material displayed on this site, or you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf, please send a notice containing the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears.
- Your contact details (name, email, and address if applicable).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. How to reach us
Send removal requests and DMCA notices to:
- Email: masalaremovals@gmail.com
- Subject line: "DMCA" or "Content Removal"
- Response time: within 24–48 hours
Please include the full page URL. Without a link we cannot locate the material, which delays removal.
6. What happens after you report
- Step 1. We remove the content from this site, normally within 24 hours.
- Step 2. We confirm to you that it has been removed.
- Step 3. We record the request so the same item is not re-added.
- Step 4. Where relevant, we tell you which third-party platform hosts the original file so you can request removal at the source as well.
7. Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification identifying the removed material, its previous location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification. Note that counter-notifications do not apply to non-consensual content reports; such material stays down.
8. Repeat infringers
Sources that repeatedly supply infringing or non-consensual material are removed from this site entirely and are not used again.
9. Our commitment
We would rather remove ten items unnecessarily than leave one item up that harms someone. If you are unsure whether your request qualifies, send it anyway.
